SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing all orders.
Shipping time does not include processing time.
Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS 0R FEDEX.
Once your order has shipped, the company is solely responsible for delivery. Bruna Fashion Mode has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
We can not be held responsible for wrong doings by the shipping company or by stolen packages left at your address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bruna Fashion Moda only accept returns & exchanges within 7 business days of the purchase with the tag still on the item. We reserve the right to decline exchanges due to damage, wear, improper use, poor packaging, or if the item was a custom designed piece. To exchange an item please contact Bruna Fashion Moda by email with your request and mail the items to us. Make sure to include your name, return address, email address and proof of purchase with your item.
We will notify you by email once your return or exchange is received.
