RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return window

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

Item condition

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
• Swimwear accepted only with hygiene liner intact and no signs of wear.
• Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Final Sale/Clearance, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

How to start

  1. Go to brunafashionmoda.com/returns (or the Start a Return page).

  2. Enter your order number and email.

  3. Choose exchange, store credit, or refund, then generate your return label.

  4. Drop off the parcel within 7 days after label creation (USPS/UPS/FedEx, as indicated).

Resolution options

• Exchange for size/color: mail-in label free.
• Store credit issued after inspection.
• Refund to original payment method after inspection.

Mail-in return fee

• For mail-in returns, a flat US$ 5.95 fee applies per label and is deducted from the refund.
• Waived for exchanges and defective/wrong items.

Processing timeline

• Once the item arrives, please allow 2–5 business days for inspection/processing.
• Your bank/issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post funds.

Defective or wrong item

• Report within 7 days of delivery via the Return Form (or the Contact page with photos).
• We will issue a free label and provide a replacement or full refund.

"Delivered" but missing

• Please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors/concierge and with the carrier.
• If unresolved, open a request at /returns. We will start a carrier trace; if loss is confirmed, we’ll offer replacement or store credit.

Notes

• Returns outside the 30-day window or showing wear/missing tags may be denied and sent back to the customer.
• Returns from multiple orders must be shipped separately, each with its own label.
• We are not responsible for packages shipped back without our system-generated label.

SHIPPING 

Ship-from & lead times

• Ship-from: Marietta, Georgia (USA).
• Processing/handling: 1–2 business days (peak/promos: 2–4).
• Estimated transit times:
– Ground (UPS/FedEx): 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
– USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (estimate; not guaranteed).

Options & thresholds

• Free shipping on orders US$ 199+ (auto-applied at checkout).
• Rates, carriers, and ETAs are shown at checkout based on ZIP code.

Restrictions

• PO Boxes/APO/FPO: ship via USPS.
• We may decline shipments to freight forwarders in cases of suspected fraud.
• Transit times vary by ZIP, weather, and peak seasons.

Tracking

• Tracking is emailed once the order ships.
• Additional updates are available via the carrier link.
